Integrating Druze and Arab women in high-tech, without breaking tradition.

Lotus enables professional employment opportunities for Arab and Druze women, who live in the Israeli periphery and are not allowed, due to tradition, to drive or work outside their village, and in a mixed gender environment.

​

We run a unique female training programs for advanced software development positions.

​

Lotus graduates currently work in leading high-tech companies, in remote employment from a community development incubator for women in Carmel established for this purpose.
